M4F PhD and post-doc event
This event, that is organized in the framework of the H2020/M4F project, will offer the opportunity, for PhD students and Post-doc researchers that contribute to the project, to:
- know each other and network;
- better understand the project to which they contribute;
- present and discuss the work they do as contribution to the project.
ALL PARTICIPATING POST-DOCS and PhD STUDENTS INVOLVED IN M4F WILL BE ASKED TO GIVE AN ORAL PRESENTATION ABOUT THEIR WORK IN THE PROJECT.
It will be an occasion to socialize and have interesting scientific discussions, in a relaxing environment, open not only to post-docs and students, but also to all participants in the project, as well as to researchers not involved in it, who wish to receive information. Thus student mentors and all participants in the M4F project, as well as external researchers interested in the project, are warmly invited. A poster session will provide anyone the occasion to present their work, if so desired.
The event is organised contiguous to the final workshop of the H2020/SOTERIA project, thereby offering the opportunity, for those who are interested, to attend both (for info on the SOTERIA workshop, see https://cmt.eurtd.com/events/event/view/178536/soteria-final-workshop-2019).

The cost of the full-board accommodation will be paid directly by the project through CIEMAT for the speakers, i.e. for the PhD students and post-docs involved in the project. Travel expenses are also eligible to be reimbursed by the project, but this will happen through the cost statements made by each organisation to the European Commission.
The cost of the full-board accommodation (two nights plus meals) will be 185 €/person. One accompanying guest per participant is admitted and the price will be the same. Payment will be done directly to La Cristalera upon check-out.
